PACA Invites You to Seoul !

9th Biennial Convention of the Pacific and Asian Communication Association

Convention Theme:  Culture, Communication, and New Vision in Asia

PACA has arranged to hold its 9th biennial convention at the Law School Building, Sungkyunkwan university, Seoul, Korea, July 3-5, 2012. Professors and researchers specializing in communication in the Pacific-Asia region will present papers and exchange various opinions.

The BK21 Global Culture Communicator Project, Dept. of Journalism & Communication Studies Sungkyunkwan University, will host the 9th Biennial PACA Convention with bottoms of hearts of all professors and staffs. The conference will be held at the International Building, Seoul Campus of Sungkyunkwan university, Seoul, Korea.

Conferences will be followed by a post-convention tour to Kyung-Ju City, the most historical and traditional area in Korea, from July 6 to July 8, 2012.

Anyone who is going to present a paper or organize a panel is requested to submit one or two page proposal and 300-word abstract to the website of regional organization committee by February 1, 2012. The website will be opened soon.

Application for registration and hotel reservation will be due on April 1, 2012. Many different levels of hotels around the campus will be informed soon on the website.
